Cailey is a creative director, ceramicist, event host, and lifelong believer that more is more. She has spent the last 8 years as a founding team member at Evewear, a sustainable fashion brand based in Los Angeles, working her way from operations to creative strategy to art director. Over the course of 10+ campaigns, she's built brand identities, grown an organic audience to 50K+ across social channels, and developed a unique take on art direction that focuses on world-building, creating campaigns with their own storylines, aesthetics, and sense of place. From moodboard to final asset, she obsesses over every detail until it feels exactly right.

Outside of Evewear, she makes ceramics under the name Clayley. It grew out of a lifelong need to always have a hobby, and it's the one that actually stuck: clay offers endless possibilities to counter her endless ideas. She approaches each piece the same way she approaches a campaign: with a strong point of view and a willingness to go somewhere unexpected. 

 

She's based between Los Angeles and Chicago, and she's always working on something. Usually several somethings. She lives like she's always at summer camp.
