As part of Evewear's Summer of Dreams campaign, the intention behind Dreamland was to create something hazy and cinematic. Inspired by the languid melancholy of Picnic at Hanging Rock, the saturated nostalgia of Pleasantville, and the ethereal stillness of The Virgin Suicides, Dreamland is a tranquil juxtaposition to the playful, cheery tones of the Dreamville campaign. The lookbook was shot on location at Malibu National Park, where a bed dressed in white pillows and blankets was set in the middle of a wildflower field as a dreamy nod to the sleepwear styles being showcased. The e-comm shoot was refined and understated with a single blue velvet curtain letting the softness of the garments speak for themselves. The video content was elegant and playful in equal measure, capturing the feeling of a late summer afternoon. The campaign assets brought Dreamland to life as a fully realized world, with welcome signs and banners that made you feel like you had finally found the secret place you used to pretend existed in the depths of a garden.
